Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Knowledge and use of support systems and processes to professionally manage, track, document and effectively close service calls
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and repair of field instruments.
  • Assist customers with technical expertise.
  • Adaptiveness to various industrial environment requirements
  • Expertise in E+H Inventory Monitoring & Gamma solutions or Gas Analytics will be an advantage.
  • Travel to customer plant locations for startup and service work
  • Professional preparation for service visits (request type, tools, documentation, spare parts, SOP’s/Work Instructions, etc.)
  • Provide training to customers on maintenance, repair, commissioning of Endress+Hauser instrumentation
  • Root cause problem analysis & resolution on site using personal as well as internal expertise
  • Is responsible for quality, complaint management, safety, health and environmental aspects within his/her competencies.

Qualifications

  • Experience required: 10+ years’ experience.
  • Bachelors/Associate Degree in Technical Field.
  • Experience Microsoft Office.
  • Field Experience (Mandatory)
  • Instrumentation training (Preferred)
  • Safety credentials (Preferred)
