Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor key performance criteria of contracts, including ICV performance and project progress.
- Lead and guide the contractor in complying with contract change management processes.
- Administer and coordinate all contractual correspondence between the company and contractors.
- Participate in contract review meetings and draft meeting minutes.
- Manage contract changes and support the preparation of contract amendments as necessary.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant engineering, quantity surveying, or legal discipline, with membership in a professional institute (e.g., RICS, CIOB).
- 15 years of experience in contract administration, with 8 years in construction and Maintenance Projects in oil & gas environments.
- Proficiency in SAP, SAP BW, CCES, Candy, Primavera, and other cost control and estimating systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
