Job Description
- Define and maintain the operating and chemistry parameters necessary to achieve optimum chemical conditions, both for current operation and to maintain the integrity of the plant over the longer term.
- Provide accurate and timely process related guidance and advice to the Operations team on matters affecting plant process and performance in order to maximize yield as per the quality guidelines.
- Review all procedures, documentation, drawings and manuals and provide necessary training to junior colleagues, to ensure their development.
Provide support and participate in internal / external Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental audits, in order to effectively implement corrective actions and update relevant Process and Laboratory related policies and procedures, based on the recommendations.
