Job Description
  • Responsible for managing sales & business development for LOCTITE within the Maintenance & Manufacturing industries covering Central Region of Saudi Arabia.
  • Executes local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with regional strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers
  • Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool with growth opportunities.
  • Provide forecasting for forthcoming monthly/quarterly/yearly sales and new technology as well as reports on monthly updates.
  • Create value propositions for the products and set Standard Operating Procedures to transfer the application skills to the customers in order to enhance products’ value and sales.
  • Provide technical service to customers such as troubleshooting via input from customers and sales team and ensure timely response, action and feedback to the entire customers’ technical inquires and complaints.
  • Ensure regular customer/factory visits in coordination with the relevant customers’ departments such as production, quality, and engineering, plant management to ensure that the respective Henkel products are used in a safe, compliant and efficient manner to the highest quality standards.
  • Carry out products’ trials and make product recommendations by working with the Product development team in line with customer requirements
  • Update projects on a regular basis for report generation to be forwarded to all relevant decision makers.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Engineering graduate – (Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial engineering).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial sales and business development, preferably within GCC.
  • Industry know how: Power Generation, Cement & Mining, Water Desalination, General Manufacturing.
  • Technology know how: Industrial Adhesives & Sealants, Coatings, Protective Coatings.
  • Fluency in English is a must. Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft office applications (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Valid driving license and flexible for traveling.
