Job Description
Assisting in the tendering process by ensuring accurate and competitive bids. Offering technical support to internal teams and external clients, aiding in clarifications, and facilitating a smooth transition from tender submission to project execution.
Key Accountability Areas
Inquiry Handling and Costing:
- Handle incoming inquiries efficiently.
- Examine RFQs and generate cost estimates using standardized processes and tools.
Offer Submission Compliance:
- Ensure timely clarification for improved clarity in offer submissions.
- Verify that offer submissions follow all necessary details.
- Participate in negotiations during the bidding stage to secure the best offers from suppliers.
Techno-Commercial Offer Preparation:
- Prepare a detailed Techno-Commercial Offer.
- Examine customer purchase orders and authorize them based on the authority matrix.
Project Execution and Modification:
- Review and prepare modifications and service offers during project execution in collaboration with the service offer team.
- Coordinate with all relevant functions (Design, supply chain, project management, account, etc.) to control project budget and delivery.
Cost Control in Production Process:
- Implement cost control measures in the production process using ERP systems for routing, process release, and overall cost management.
Customer Support:
- Support Sales Engineers during customer negotiations and deal closures.
- Assist Marketing Engineers with technical clarifications to secure technical submittal approval and attend customer meetings if required.
- Support customers (clients, consultants, and contractors) with all technical aspects at all project stages.

- Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively achieved.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
- Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.

- Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
- Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

- Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

- Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
