Job Description
- · Technical support for site activities (construction, installation, testing, and commissioning) from an engineering/design perspective. Represent the engineering department on site
- · Control and communicate design changes based on site conditions
- · Provide timely, clear, and comprehensive technical answers to RFIs on-site in coordination with the responsible engineers in the office
- · Prepare engineering/design sketches or details to support site activities in coordination with engineering teams in the office
- · Prepare shop drawings activities in coordination with engineering teams in the office
- · Control the release of IFC drawings/documents based on site conditions
- · Integrate and control Red-marked As-built drawings/documents and provide necessary support for the engineering team to prepare the final As-built version for all engineering deliverables to the site based on red-marked drawings from the construction team
- · Review and approve sub-contractors’ material submittal
- · Ensure consistency between design and execution on site
- · Highlight scope and/or design changes (data for claims)
- Participate and provide necessary input to build and enrich the company’s lesson learned and knowledge database
Qualifications
Minimum
– Years of experience: 2-5 years
– Academic Qualifications: BSc degree Civil Engineering
– Language proficiency: Intermediate at English
