Job Description
The position is designed to bring process expertise / support for the operation and implementation of upgradation projects at sites dedicated to Hazardous Waste, particularly in incineration and related pre-treatment processes, including: TDU, deoiling tricanter, Stabilization, Class I and II landfill, PCT, mercury treatment units, and Incineration lines with a capacity around 60 KTA;
ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT: He/she reports to the project capex delivery manager in close collaboration with the local capex delivery team
Key Responsibilities
- Performance and optimization analysis regarding ongoing operation
- Act as a support to operations
- Support in the sizing of process and related thermal equipment
- Support to the establishment of all the schematics (PID/PFD/BFD/SFD..) according to the Process
- Support for the preparation of engineering documents: Data Sheet, specifications, etc…
- Support for Engineering reviews (Process Review, Design Review, Hazid, Hazop.)
- Support for project risk analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Engineering Discipline (Chemical / Process Engineering preferred)
- 10 years experience in separation and heat treatment processes
- Strong chemical engineering/process engineering background in hazardous waste
- In-depth knowledge of engineering techniques and rules
- Reading of plans and technical drawings (PFD, PI&D, PSFD…)
- Creativity and taste for innovation

- Good practice of English
