Sr. Engineer Technical Coordination

Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Engineer Technical Coordination to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that all aspects are organized, coordinated, and completed in a timely manner. This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Accountability Areas

  • Facilitate communication between site teams, PMO, QC, and the technical design team; schedule and lead coordination meetings to address technical and operational issues.
  • Offer technical advice and problem-solving support to site and design teams; assist in resolving technical conflicts and discrepancies.
  • Collect and review site-specific requirements and ensure their accurate integration into project plans; monitor changes in site conditions and update technical designs accordingly.
  • Maintain detailed records of technical requirements, decisions, and changes; prepare comprehensive reports for the PMO and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all technical designs and implementations comply with relevant standards and regulations; conduct quality checks and validation of technical outputs

Role Accountability

 

  • Good experience with SAP System.
  • Good experience with all Microsoft office & Power BI.
  • Good Experience with design program field (AutoCAD 2D 3D & Revit)
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering

5 to 10 Years
