Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Associate specializing in Real Estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, supporting the expansion of our real estate portfolio, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Accountability Areas

  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential real estate opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic business development plans to acquire new properties, land parcels, or development projects.
  • Conduct outreach to property owners, developers, investors, and other relevant stakeholders to explore potential partnerships and business opportunities.
  • Support the negotiation process and assist in managing the acquisition process, including due diligence, financial analysis, and legal documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and construction, to assess project feasibility and develop comprehensive project proposals.
  • Assist in coordinating project activities and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budgetary constraints.
  • Assist in monitoring project performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting the implementation of corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate project updates, progress, and financial projections.

Role Accountability

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Previous experience or coursework in real estate, business development, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interest in the real estate industry and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate (e.g., Real Estate License) are a plus.

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
