Job Description
Presents the company in all Electrical projects, fully responsible for project execution activities as Site and project Engineer till handing over to the customer; achieves optimal execution of projects by using the available resources within allocated budget to meet project objectives according to company standards.
Key Accountability Areas
- Execute Turnkey projects and preparation of relevant technical and commercial documentation while working in close coordination with the concerned sales. Project implementation plan for successful project execution; economic procurement and timely delivery of materials / equipment
- Explore more competencies of price with sub-suppliers in order to reduce the total costs of the projects during execution.
- Ensure effective means of project reporting to Management as well as control running costs and resources.
- Co-ordinate with Production Manager, Design Manager and Project Manager to get their feedback about the complete project to form a better guideline for calculation of future quotations.
- Adherence of safety and Quality procedures for proper and systematic documentation of all proposal & project activities
- Study the project descriptions and specifications to fulfill the technical requirements; Conform to the latest edition of technical standards and check the project specific requirements.
- “Provide technical clarification and comments raised by clients, Consultant and Design Engineers during project execution.
- Co-ordinate with clients/Consultants to successful complete the project in time and quality including final project handing -over & documentation to the client/end user.
- Apply claim management whenever necessary based on contractual obligation towards customers and suppliers supported by facts and official references.
- Systematic filing of project related documentation.
- learning of testing and commissioning for specific product and perform at site where is required.
