Job Description
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required (Mechanical or Environmental Sciences)
- 3 years experience in sales and/or after-sales service of equipment
- Good knowledge of electro-mechanical equipment in the field of water and wastewater treatment
- Very good Customer and sales relationship management.
Skills:
- Strong mechanical technical knowledge.
- Be proactive in generating enquiries (knowing the market and using company resources).
- Ability to quickly assess new situations & prioritizes critical tasks.
- Follow up & negotiate potential deals & close out orders.
- Very good oral and written English skills are absolutely required, and additional language skills are an advantage, especially in Arabic and German.
- Having a working experience in UAE and other GCC/ North African regions.
- UAE Driving license is mandatory.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Actively lead the sales effort to drive growth for the assigned products.
- Knowledge in preventive & pro-active service sales (spare parts/ repair/ rehabilitation).
- Review & assess potential opportunities, generate leads, prepare quotations & close out orders.
- Knowledge about water, wastewater & sludge treatment-related equipment.
- Contribute to sales forecasting activities & close sales accordingly.
- Establish & maintain relations with all principles, managing and monitoring the sales to the end user.
- Develop technical knowledge to represent principles & products to clients and end users.
- Providing the key aftersales linkages between the existing customer base and the infrastructure enabling the sales & service work to occur efficiently.
- Source new agreements with principals as required; prepare and follow up technical and commercial offers.
- Prepare and follow up documentation.
