Job Description
The Senior Specialist in Business Excellence will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of all operational excellence activities thereby driving business performance and efficiency across Kuwait. The successful candidate must have 5 years’ commercial experience, knowledge of Quality Systems (ISO 9001) and Excellence Models (EFQM), computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office products & Microsoft Project, knowledge of Business Processes, and knowledge of telecom industry will be an advantage. A university degree or equivalent specialised in business related field is required. ISO Certified Lead Auditor/ / any specialisation in Process / Process Improvement Methodology etc., as well as knowledge of quality management practices and lean improvement methodologies (Six Sigma Green Belt, TQM, Kaizen, etc.) preferred.
