SUEZ Middle East HQ is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to enrich our Business Development Team. Based in Dubai, this pivotal role will contribute significantly to the strategic expansion of SUEZ’s operations across the Middle East and Central Asia. We are seeking a dynamic professional who is eager to drive our development initiatives and foster meaningful relationships in these key regions for the Group.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Assist the HSEI Manager in the health, safety, and environment aspects.
* Implement health, safety and environment plan and emergency plan according the HSEI policy and objectives.
* Conduct internal H&S trainings for the team working onsite.
* Assist all departments in implementation of H&S compliance.
* Apply the site Health & Safety, Environment rules, instructions, and procedures.
* Observe work in progress, ensure that proper safety equipment is used, and procedures are followed.
* Apply and follow up on the subcontractor prevention plan.
* Communicate safety Flashes.
* Attend pre-job safety meeting on special jobs (Confined space – Working at height – Hot work)
* Follow isolation procedure implementation with regular auditing.
* Assist on updating the Risk assessment & the SMP & SOP (Safety precaution).
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering – Mechanical/Electrical
- Certified OSHA, NEBOSH Principles, practices and applicable equipment related to industrial safety, hygiene, and hazardous waste management
- Standard occupational hazards, including accident analysis and prevention techniques
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to understand and analyze complex information and present it simply and accurately
