Job Description
Provide and promote the integration and synergies in the current and future development in alignment with ADNOC’s strategy to build a commercially competitive and sustainable portfolio while maximizing the revenue and optimizing the overall development cost ensuring engagement of the stakeholders at the right time while translating desired business outcomes into financial and operational resources.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Integrate Upstream strategic priorities with the deliverables and better coordinate the resources to deliver the mandate and effectively execute the planned capital investments.
• Review and integrate a new Planning Model across the value chain.
• Review and establish a strong bond between all stakeholders on the right time including Subsurface, Drilling, Operation, Engineering, Project, and Construction to drive long term growth, profitability and future proof the business.
• Assist and support Management and stakeholders in the formulation of sound strategies of project delivery and progressive plans.
• Assist projects interfaces and integration to advance synergies for the current and future field development between ADNOC Onshore fields and ADNOC OPCO’s directing the cost optimization of overall development.
• Review existing practices and process including strategic change to unlock new opportunities and potentials value realization
• Streamline and integrate strategic activities across the value chain centred around Low carbon – Low Cost and Maximize Energy.
• Identify and challenge the key risk to deliver on priorities and provide mitigation and solutions to effectively managing the existing risk
• Explore the opportunity of Integration, Optimization, and new Technologies for the upcoming developments in the field and provide techno-economical reviews to meet the projects requirements
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Minimum Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably in the oil and gas discipline.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
• 8 years of experience in Planning Architect role preferably in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Solid knowledge and understanding in surface facilities of oil and gas production, particularly related safety aspects
• Awareness of multi-discipline engineering aspects related to facilities planning and project implementation.
