We support flexible working requests and have adopted a hybrid approach for most of our office-based roles. We ask employees to be present in the office at least three days per week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Co-ordinate and communicate with Client.
- Overall contract management.
- Financial management.
- Maintain call off monthly report and issue to Client.
- Submit clear and precise annual contract service budgets to facilitate Client approval and actual expenditure payment to be easily reconciled.
- Personnel training and competency.
- Maintain and submit a monthly training and competency report.
- Application of highest engineering standards are applied.
- Review and endorse engineering documentation.
- Co-ordination and management of engineering within contractor in-house engineering and or sub-contractor engineering companies.
- Approve and submit monthly condition monitoring trend report for all mechanical handling equipment as agreed by Client.
- Conduct regular visits to the ASSET to promote and maintain effective communications with staff and ensure compliance with the quality assurance and safety management systems procedures and current legislation.
- Ensure that all lifting equipment, including specialist equipment, is supplied to the relevant Client’s Quality Assurance standards and/or BP Procedure 100572.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
- Experience in the lifting industry.
- Experience in the offshore oil and gas industry.
- Degree in Business Administration or a related management field, or 3 years of similar management experience for senior roles.
- Proven experience in offshore operations and maintenance of lifting equipment.
- OPITO approved BOSIET & CA-EBS.
