We support flexible working requests and have adopted a hybrid approach for most of our office-based roles. We ask employees to be present in the office at least three days per week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Co-ordinate and communicate with Client.
  • Overall contract management.
  • Financial management.
  • Maintain call off monthly report and issue to Client.
  • Submit clear and precise annual contract service budgets to facilitate Client approval and actual expenditure payment to be easily reconciled.
  • Personnel training and competency.
  • Maintain and submit a monthly training and competency report.
  • Application of highest engineering standards are applied.
  • Review and endorse engineering documentation.
  • Co-ordination and management of engineering within contractor in-house engineering and or sub-contractor engineering companies.
  • Approve and submit monthly condition monitoring trend report for all mechanical handling equipment as agreed by Client.
  • Conduct regular visits to the ASSET to promote and maintain effective communications with staff and ensure compliance with the quality assurance and safety management systems procedures and current legislation.
  • Ensure that all lifting equipment, including specialist equipment, is supplied to the relevant Client’s Quality Assurance standards and/or BP Procedure 100572.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
  • Experience in the lifting industry.
  • Experience in the offshore oil and gas industry.
  • Degree in Business Administration or a related management field, or 3 years of similar management experience for senior roles.
  • Proven experience in offshore operations and maintenance of lifting equipment.
  • OPITO approved BOSIET & CA-EBS.
