Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Sanitary Sewer Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to design complex sanitary sewer networks applying engineering techniques and analyses on large subdivision development projects.

Position Overview

The Engineer at this level is proficient in the utilization of basic sewerage hydraulic engineering theories & practices, preparation of Hydraulic Models and Drawings; and basic contribution to report writing. Assignments involve CAE (computer aided engineering)/CAD (computer aided design) applications.

Proficiency required in utilizing Bentley SewerCAD, Civil 3D and InfoWorks ICM, for design, analysis and production of foul sewer hydraulic models and drawings. Assignments involve CAD (computer aided design) applications.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform complex sanitary sewer networks layout design, and networks under supervision efficiently and accurately.
• Production of quality Plan and profile drawings.
• Participate in preparation of design reports.
• Proficiency in utilizing Bentley SewerCAD and Civil 3D for design and production of foul sewer hydraulic models and drawings.
• InfoWorks and ArcGIS experience is a plus.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/sanitary/environmental engineering and 5-8 years of related work experience.
• MME Engineer Registration must be attained within six months.
• Experience in Qatar and Middle East is a plus.
