Job Description
This position exists to support activities in Sales Department, starting of sales Inquiry / Negotiation with Clients / sales collection efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.
Key Accountability Areas
- Conducting field visits to under construction or finishing sites
- Introduce types of products of alfanar in general.
- Creating a trust-based relationship with the targeted group of customers (End Users – Electricians – Contractors) ensuring that the target of this team is achieved.
- Follow-up all sites assigned for him, starting from foundation stage to finishing.
- Completing sales process in line with the company strategy and the needs of the target customers
- Follow-up the details of the sales process with the concerned department to ensure that it is completed as required and target customer (Distributor)
- Visit assigned locations (by studies department) within his geographical area, and as per the objectives of the study determined by the line manager
- Publishing promotion materials (according to the objectives of the marketing team) for target customers in a way that raises awareness towards the company products and services, which contribute to creating verbal advertising at the community level
- Obtaining specific information from field visits regarding company products, competitors,
- number of construction sites, surveys, and requested studies
- Coordinating with the project sales team effectively and continuously to ensure the success of the sales process in case the target customer is in the scope of the project sales team.
