Job Description
Responsible for the sale of equipment, Integrated turnkey solutions and Build Own Operate Maintain (BOOM) projects generally sold direct to end users for hydrocarbon gas processing, treating and gas compression projects. The equipment Enerflex provides for this market is primarily reciprocating compression, oil-flooded screw compressors, refrigeration systems, amine systems, TEG dehydration systems, dew point control and cryogenic plants are just some of the applications the position will be handling as well as incorporating the same in fully integrated turnkey solutions
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for all activities necessary to close profitable business for the company
- Make regular sales calls to customer accounts, develop new and maintain existing client relationships
- Research and identify potential customers for Enerflex products and services. Along with management develop and execute sales and business development strategies
- Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions as required
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain Enerflex products and services to customers and prospective customers
- Present an in-depth rounded understanding of the company products, functions, features and benefits
- Lead a team and manage additional technical resources for meeting the accounts needs
- Work and communicate well with all internal customers including Engineering and Service teams
- Increase and retain market shares
- Identify, develop and close complementary sales opportunities
Qualifications
- University Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline
- Minimum of 7 years related experience in the market with a proven track record
- Experience with gas processing, treating and compression projects is required
- Knowledge of integrating equipment in a total solution including construction and operations is preferred
- Proven track of closed and successful deals. Knowledge of market and customer specifications
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, follow up on commitments, solve problems, communicate persuasively, be self-motivated and work between time zones and multicultural environment
- Strong organizational, team player, leadership, customer management and negotiation skills
- Effective verbal and written skills. Arabic is a Plus
Physical Requirements
- Fast-paced general office environment.
- Many tasks have high degrees of time sensitivity.
- Travel within the region will be required.
- Flexible.
