Job Description

Responsible for managing the relationship with the customer at the pre-sales stage. He  represents the meeting point between the company and the client As a representative of the company. The sales rep. provides all the data of interest to the customer and convinced him to take serious steps towards purchasing.

 

  • Effective communication and relationship building with current and potential customers in the holding company and water and wastewater companies
    • Communicate with major contracting companies in order to take charge of contracts as a subcontractor
  • Pre-preparation of any papers or documents that the customer may need to conclude agreements and conclude contracts
  • A detailed explanation of all the company’s products and services and encouraging customers to acquire them
  • Paying attention to customer problems and helping to solve them, and transferring complaints and suggestions to the company’s management
  • Prepare clear action plans (daily/weekly/monthly) and make periodic improvements to them

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience in sales(1-3) years prefer in water treatment.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers.
  • Flexible work hours.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
