Job Description
- Develop current products up to 220KV cable accessories.
- Improve and develop products’ aspects and properties.
- Design new products such as Extra HV cable accessories.
- Conduct product shelf-life evaluation and recommendations to meet the quality parameters of products.
- Conduct market research and evaluates similar products and their functions.
- Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality or reduce costs.
- Manage challenges presented with new products in the factory, problem solving and providing hands on support in order to deliver a high-quality product in coordination with Quality Control.
- Prepare current and new products to achieve Type test Certificate according to the global standards.
- Possibility of attending technical conference to be updated with new technology in this field around the world.
- Upgrade all company products to meet market requirement according to new specification and new technology.
- Develop production areas to ensure their ability to produce new product able to compete in international markets.
- Provide technical support to solve on-site problems and complaints.
- Attend all production experiments, installation and testing for new products
- Create installation videos for products to make it easy for the technicians when installing.
- Study New Projects and make a full case study to get the approval for starting & Implementing the Project.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor degree in Electrical power Engineering
- Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience in electrical installation (electrical panels and accessories), and new development projects.
- Language: Excellent English and Arabic
- Computer skills: Microsoft office and Auto-Cad & Solid works.
