Quality Manager – NEOM Sindalah Island

Job Description

Role Purpose

The Quality Manager is instrumental in fostering a culture of quality across Sindalah’s facilities management operations. This role ensures that the highest standards of quality are met and exceeded, in alignment with Sindalah’s ultra-luxury standards and the broader vision of NEOM.

The main objective is to ensure meticulous adherence to ISO 9001 for the QMS. Regular audits of the Quality Management System are conducted, with the aim of using the assessments as strategic tools for continuous improvement.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance strategies to ensure exceptional service delivery across Sindalah’s facilities management operations.
  • Lead and develop the quality assurance team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their expectations, ensuring that quality assurance initiatives meet and exceed these expectations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify non-compliance issues or potential risks.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Services Senior Manager and other relevant managers to align quality assurance strategies with Sindalah’s operational goals and NEOM’s vision.
  • Prepare and present reports on quality performance and initiatives to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure transparent communication on quality-related matters to relevant stakeholders.
  • Train and educate staff on quality assurance standards and processes to ensure understanding and adherence.
  • Employ cutting-edge technologies and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of quality assurance processes.

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in managing quality assurance within a luxury or ultra-luxury environment.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Experience in leveraging technology to enhance quality assurance processes.
  • Knowledge of relevant quality assurance standards and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in quality management are preferred.
