We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Sales Engineer to join our team based in Riyadh, covering the entire Saudi Arabia region.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Account management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients,
  • Achieve sales booking, invoicing and margin targets,
  • Generate new enquiries and acquire new customers (contractors and sub-contractors),
  • Review enquiries and guide the application team in preparing quotations & submittals,
  • Follow up on submittals to secure approvals from clients / consultants,
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities,
  • Negotiate contractual and commercial terms with clients,
  • Coordinate with service team to provide after-sales support to existing customers,
  • Follow up on project payments to ensure timely realization,
  • Bring critical customer requirements into the development, production, and marketing processes,
  • Input, monitor and update CRM data(Salesforce) on regular basis and prepare sales reports for the management,

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business with solid commercial skills,
  • 5+ years of experience with heat exchangers and PICV (Pressure Independent Control Valves),
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively,
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills,
  • Proficient in English and Arabic,
  • Ability to travel.
