Stantec is currently looking for a Project Manager to work on projects associated in KSA associated with wet infrastructure, i.e. wastewater, stormwater, potable water and recycled water systems, water and wastewater treatment system, and flood management and water resources management studies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and optimize project management systems and processes, and to align them with the organizational goals and strategies.
- Leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate, inspire, and influence others.
- Create and maintain project financial dashboards and charts that provide a clear and concise visual representation of the project budget performance and status.
- Evaluating and documenting the project financial performance, lessons learned, and best practices for future projects.
- Communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Must have a total of 15-20 years of experience in Project Management.
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in project management, computer science, or a related field.
- Must be certified in PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, etc. (A professional certification in finance, such as CFA, CPA, or CFP is a plus).
- Knowledge and experience in project management methodologies, tools, and standards, such as PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, etc.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, Asana, etc.
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize project management systems and processes, and to align them with the organizational goals and strategies.
