Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop the strategic planning standards, cycle, policies, and procedures related to water and wastewater projects
  • Develop the master plan for both water and waste water domains.
  • Manage long-term third-party relationships (e.g. consultants, developers, planners) during the development of water and wastewater master plan.
  • Monitor NWC’s water and wastewater master plan implementation performance, identify risk areas and propose solutions
  • Develop CAPEX requirements for planned strategic projects and identify budget update requirements for the existing ones
  • Facilitate sessions with NWC departments to break plans down to strategic projects level
  • Conduct studies related to specific areas to provide input and suggestions to the master plan.
  • Carry out any other tasks requested by the direct manager or the superior that are within the limits of the job, provided that this task does not make a fundamental difference in the basic tasks of the job

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil Engineer
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
