Your main tasks and responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for commercially complex projects, ensuring that all deliverables, including financial and contractual obligations, are met.
- Budget and Profitability Management: Ensure project profitability by closely monitoring budgets, costs, and financial performance, and by implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Timely Execution: Oversee the timely execution of all project phases, from initiation to closure, ensuring that milestones are met, and that all deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Review and manage contracts, and eventually negotiate amendments and additional agreements, to ensure favourable terms and conditions, minimizing risks, and protecting the company’s commercial interests.
- Support other Project Managers by offering expertise in handling commercial challenges, including contract negotiations, claims, and dispute resolution.
To succeed in this role, you will need
- Bachelor of Engineering Discipline and /or relevant Experience within the Pump Industry.
- Relevant experience within related industry.
- Experience of managing projects.
- Experience of contract negotiation in a commercial environment.
- Supplier/Customer management experience.
