Job Description

  • Project Planning: responsible for creating a detailed project plan that outlines the scope, objectives, deliverables, timeline, and budget of the project. This includes identifying and allocating resources, defining project milestones, and setting up a project schedule.
  • Team Management: responsible for assembling and managing a team of individuals with the necessary skills and expertise to successfully complete the project. This includes assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Risk Management: responsible for identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. This involves conducting risk assessments, creating contingency plans, and monitoring and addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project.
  • Stakeholder Communication : responsible for effectively communicating with stakeholders throughout the project. This includes keeping them informed of project progress, addressing any concerns or questions, and managing expectations.
  • Budget Management: responsible for monitoring and controlling the project budget. This involves tracking expenses, managing costs, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure the project remains within budget.
  • Quality Control: responsible for ensuring that the project meets the required quality standards. This includes conducting regular quality checks, monitoring project deliverables, and implementing any necessary corrective actions to address deviations from the desired quality.
  • Project Reporting: responsible for generating regular project reports to keep stakeholders updated on project progress. This includes providing status updates, highlighting key milestones, and reporting on any deviations or risks.
  • Closure and Evaluation: responsible for ensuring a smooth project closure. This includes conducting a project evaluation to assess the overall success and lessons learned from the project, documenting any necessary project closure activities, and transitioning deliverables to the appropriate stakeholders or teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree of Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in leading water and wastewater projects
