Job Description
Oversee all aspects of a project from conception to completion, ensuring it meets goals within budget and timeline, lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Accountability Areas
Drive Development & Monitor Execution of Business Plan:
- Ensure project goals align with the business plan objectives
- Develop detailed project plans in sync with the business plan timelines
- Allocate resources effectively to support project and plan execution
- Communicate project progress and impacts on the business plan to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks that may affect project and plan success
- Track project progress against milestones and KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the business plan
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and apply lessons learned to future projects.
Performance Reporting & Operation Reviews:
- Gather relevant data on project performance and operational metrics
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing project and operational performance, including key findings and recommendations
- Present performance reports to stakeholders, including senior management, with clarity and professionalism
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop action plans based on performance insights to address deficiencies and capitalize on strengths
- Establish mechanisms for ongoing feedback and review sessions to ensure continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency based on performance reviews
- Maintain accurate documentation of performance reports, action plans, and outcomes for future reference and accountability

- Adapt reporting and review processes as necessary to meet changing project and operational needs.
Management of Committees and Working Groups:
- Establish committees and working groups according to business needs following alfanar standard governance practices
- Activation of established committees and working groups through proper organization of their meetings / gathering and proper preparation of agenda and documentation of MoM and supporting / following-up agreed upon action to be executed and closed.
Other:
- Coordinate between PMO and GIT to prepare the PPM
- Ensure proper security activities are planned & executed (awareness, training, etc.)
- Drive preparation of GIT plans and assets analysis
- Ensure monitoring of proper governance for GIT activities related to company vision
- Play an active role in IT business continuity management (planning, testing & reporting)
- Play liaison channel between support functions for GIT and GIT e.g. Audit, Systems, etc. in needed information and alignments.
- Ensure proper activities are in place for IT stock management.

- Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.

Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Organizational Management / Project Management or Any relevant field
