Job Description

Achieve projects objectives according to the customer/End-user acceptance criteria within agreed parameters and deliverables that are constrained to a defined timescale and budget

Key Accountability Areas

  • Lead the order hand-over process with sales team and ensure that all required documents/information is submitted and maintained with latest versions.
  • Act as the communication channel between the customer and alfanar parties during the project execution starting from customer kick-of meeting till project closing.
  • Develop and continuously update the project risk management and take the proper actions when required.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders to develop a comprehensive detailed project plan to monitor and track the project’s milestones
  • Lead the kick-off meeting with the customer.
  • Own, mange changes to project scope, project schedule and project costs and ensure that all changes had been considered technical and commercial trough through all project cycles.
  • Provide technical clarification and comments raised by customers or by the internal stakeholders during the project execution.
  • Actively coordinate between design team and the customer to approve the submitting design adhering to the order requirements and project’s milestones.
  • 1Proper coordination between the customer and manufacturing team to successfully complete the factory acceptance test “FAT”, as well as leading the out-bounding Delivery “OBD” process.
  • Manage the invoice collection process and actively contribute to facilitate it, however the collection process is the full responsibility of sales team.
  • Secure the project delivery by coordinating with procurement team Project Executing to start the purchasing process for the required materials especially that have long lead time, during order confirmation/finalization process reference to the risk management plan.
  • Oversee schedules and risk management plans and provide serious deviations warnings hindering project results
  • Deliver the projects as per the delivery date and prevent any manufacturing without ensuing the order validity in terms of financial status, delivery and OBD schedule.

  • Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
  • Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
  • Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.

Delivery:

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:

  • Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
