Optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output while implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and minimize costs.
Key Accountability Areas
Production Planning and Coordination:
- Strategize and coordinate daily production processes to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products.
- Exercise control and monitoring over Production Work in Progress (WIP) and sub-store inventory.
Process Improvement:
- Spearhead the development of process improvements aimed at optimizing equipment and materials for maximum production efficiency.
Engineering Support:
- Provide crucial engineering support for both production and maintenance activities to ensure peak operational efficiency.
Production Evaluation and Recommendations:
- Evaluate ongoing production activities and provide insightful recommendations for enhancements.
- Investigate issues, analyze root causes, and formulate effective solutions.
Cost Reduction and Quality Standards:
- Implement cost reduction initiatives while upholding stringent high-quality standards.
- Develop precise operating instructions and equipment specifications for streamlined production activities.
Training and Development:
- Deliver comprehensive training and guidance to team members, fostering their growth and achieving production goals.
Continuous Improvement and Best Practices:
- Formulate and implement best practices to elevate production capacity, quality, and reliability.
- Execute 5S processes and procedures in coordination with the safety in-charge.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay abreast of product specifications, engineering technology advancements, and the latest production processes.
Role Accountability
HR Proficiency:
- Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
- Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
- Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
Delivery:
- Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
- Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
Problem-Solving:
- Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
Quality:
- Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
Business Process Improvements:
- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
Compliance:
- Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
