We’re looking for a Product Engineer to join our team in Cairo, Egypt.
Responsibilities
- Possess a strong understanding of Ethernet domain, switching, and related technologies.
- Provide alternative solutions or workarounds to address blockers encountered by customers.
- Analyze and resolve issues reported by customers related to the Virtual Ethernet tool or similar applications.
- Actively participate in customer meetings.
- Engage actively in Research and Development (R&D) meetings.
- Communicate daily, both verbally and in writing, with team members and various business units and functions.
Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of Ethernet.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Good knowledge of scripting languages.
- Relevant experience is preferred.
