WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Manage all the operation staff ( Operation teams, Lab. Team and GS team).
- Define the operation instructions and optimize the plant operation.
- Facilitate maintenance operations in collaboration with Maintenance manager to minimize the disturbance on the process.
- Monitor the plant performance: running hours, process results, equipment.
- Monitor and follow up all process Data.
- Interact with CAPW and building communication channels to improve work process.
- Interact with sub-contractors for the supply of the consumables.
- Interact with sub-contractors for removing the refusals if needed.
- Document and investigate all incidents occurring in the Plant.
- Ensure the plant is constantly properly operating.
- Implement the daily instructions to the operation staff.
- Review Lab daily report to ensure meeting all contractual and technical specifications.
- Present the operations monthly report to the Consultant.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree of Engineering, Electrical /Mechanical/Chemical department
- 10 years in the same or relevant field
- Process knowledge in water and sludge treatment field; Maintenance knowledge
- Problem identification & problem-solving skills
- Reporting skills
- Leadership skills
