WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Follow up the day-to-day preventive maintenance activities and the mechanical equipment’s’ performance.
- Responsible for doing the overhauls for generators, gearboxes, air blowers, scraper bridges, etc.…
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with Operation department in order to ensure maintenance activities meet on going needs.
- Ensure that Management Manual, legislation, and standards are applied by employees and Subcontractors on site.
- Perform modification required to improve quality and reduce the cost.
- Perform field verification on the equipment in the field to make sure that they are maintained and
- protected as per the project procedures and vendor manual.
- Provide maintenance technical direction and task priority for the work execution.
- Update data in the CMMS system.
- Produce reports and provide management with summary and analysis to identify trends and gaps in the maintenance process
- Work with Maintenance Manager, operation, co-team and suppliers to resolve technical issues and
- provide technical assistance to Subcontractor and supervision to implement remedial action.
- Provide input to track and report on weekly maintenance activities to Project Management, and monitoring work performance compared to project budget and schedule.
- Ensure database applications, including INFOR, and CMMS are populated with all data necessary to administer maintenance program.
- Provide leadership for the safety, accident prevention, and fire prevention programs.
- Lead weekly toolbox safety meeting, Inspect the site for unsafe conditions and practices.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering – Mechanical Section
- From 12 to 15 years of experience
- Previous experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment section.
- Previous experience in the construction, maintenance, and commissioning.
- Aware with the maintenance techniques, and the related software.
- Good knowledge vibration analysis, shaft alignment and bearing.
- Broad Knowledge in pumps, Blower, and Compressor.
- Broad knowledge in painting and corrosion resistance, steel fabrication.
- Broad knowledge in Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and generators
