Job Description

Product Management

  • Manage and develop offer portfolio, Master the Offer knowledge and the Offer environment.
  • Manages or supports the launch of new offers over time, to encourage growth of market share and compatibility with needs, guaranteeing achievement of goals.
  • Implement the Marketing Mix (Product, Place, Price, and Communication) adapted to the offer.
  • Guarantees profitability of the offer (price, mix, etc.)
  • Responsible for price positioning and consolidated margin optimization for the whole offer sold in the Region.
  • Provide all the required products feedback to APMEA management, Factories and Platform management team to achieve Cost Optimization revenue growth and margin improvement.
  • Consultative selling to end users, contractors & consultants to ensure product/brand listing in AML.
  • Responsible for S&OP, Excess/Obsolete, Phase-in/Phase-out and Portfolio performance.
  • Manage certain supplier with regards to products, pricing & delivery.

Operational Marketing

  • Responsible for market measurement, evolution analysis and relevant action plans.
  • Monitor the competition and analyzes competitors offer positioning & collect market pricing
  • Provide the elements required to support the offer and build the relevant action plans.
  • Initiate & coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new market segments.
  • Take part in Sales, Inventory & Operation Planning process.
  • Help Businesses generate leads.
  • Contribute to the Sales Forecast Data Quality & perform win-loss analysis.
  • Prepare with Channel management team the products Forecast.
  • Lead demand creation and prescription activities.
  • Support in preparing Cost sheet and Discount process.
  • On time Monthly Reporting.

Strategic Marketing

  • Head all Business information related to Fluid solutions platform.
  • Participate in developing global & regional Marketing strategies and conduct market analysis and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals.
  • Understand and share Offer Strategy with the Factories & APMEA Unit to adapt and execute it locally.
  • Perform market sizing & generate strategies to improve the market share.
  • Generate the 3/5 Years Strategic Plan for the platform.
  • Work with Leadership team to finalize the Annual Operation Plan for the region.

Marketing communication & Training

  • Effectively promote and communicate brand and product value propositions, features and benefits through writing engaging content for sales collateral, communications, and marketing campaigns.
  • Create sales collateral including, but not limited to, brochures, sell sheets, tech data sheets, case studies, thought leadership articles, videos, and presentations.
  • Responsible for writing, editing and proofing content.
  • Work along with APMEA marketing team to develop print and online advertising (including the management of the annual calendar, creative development, competitive analysis, etc.
  • Work along with regional marketing to manage social media communications including press releases, trade editorial, product write-ups, case studies, thought leadership articles, etc.
  • Evaluate performance of all marketing efforts and campaigns.
  • Help track and manage the annual marketing budgets.
  • Ensure that all relevant resources are properly trained concerning the offer sold in the Region and have the right tools/methodologies.

Organize the Sales and customer’s trainings

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering
  • 10 years Experience in same industry.
  • High presentation Skills.
  • HVAC & Plumbing network Experience.
  • Experience in Building Strategy.
  • Experience in MARCOM, Communication Marketing & Operation Marketing.
