Job Description

Develops and implements digital marketing strategies that effectively promote our products or services, enhance brand awareness, drive targeted traffic to our digital platforms, and potentially generate leads or sales in the IMEA Region.

This position plays a crucial role in leveraging various digital channels, such as social media, email, search engines, and content marketing, to engage with our target audience, build brand loyalty, and achieve key business goals.

Your main responsibilities

  • The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for assessing campaign performance, staying informed about industry trends and best practices, and continuously optimizing digital marketing efforts to maximize results and ROI.
  • Understanding of Digital Landscape: Stay updated with the latest trends, platforms, and technologies in digital marketing. This includes knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze data from various digital marketing campaigns and platforms to derive actionable insights. Proficiency in tools like Adobe analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, MARKETO, SAP CRM etc., is crucial.
  • Target Audience Understanding: an overall understanding of the target audience including their demographics, behaviors, preferences, and pain points. This supports to crafting effective marketing strategies and messages (in collaboration with our Product managers)
  • Creativity and Content Creation: Ability to create compelling and engaging content across various digital channels. This includes writing copy, designing visuals, creating videos, using Adobe Creative Suite and ability to manage and liaise with media and creative agencies.
  • Strategic Thinking: Developing clear and achievable digital marketing activities aligned with the overall business objectives/strategy. Being able to prioritize tasks is key.
  • Adaptability: Digital marketing is a fast-paced field with frequent changes in algorithms, trends, and consumer behavior. Being adaptable and quick to respond to changes is crucial for growth.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills are necessary for collaborating with cross-functional teams, conveying ideas clearly. IMEA is very broad.
  • ROI Focus: Understanding the importance of return on investment (ROI) and continuously optimizing digital marketing efforts to improve ROI metrics such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition, etc.
  • Testing and Optimization: Implementing testing and other optimization techniques to refine digital marketing strategies and improve performance over time. Working alongside marketing coordinators too validate the digital marketing activities
  • Continuous Learning: Being committed to continuous learning and self-improvement in the field of digital marketing. This includes attending conferences, webinars, online courses, and staying updated with industry publication if and when necessary.

Your required skills and experience include

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a digital marketer or similar role, with a proven experience with of delivering effective digital marketing campaigns (3-5 years)
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software, Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, SAP CRM, Sprinklr, PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, Siteimprove
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to drive insights and optimize campaign performance.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with an enthusiasm for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a complex, diverse environment.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is beneficial.
