Job Description

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Corporate Quality Management to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be

responsible for supporting all quality-related functions within client departments, providing oversight of the requirements for the Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) and other quality initiatives for the client business model.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensure the IQMS consistently provides products and services that meet customer and statutory & regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the enhancement of customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system & the assurance of conformity to customer and statutory & regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and update the Company IQMS policies & procedures.
  • Plan and supervise Quality System Audits and evaluate any necessary corrective actions.
  • Provide necessary assistance and technical expertise to other divisions and to projects concerning matters of quality.
  • Train all personnel on Quality System issues management and methodologies and implement training programs for Quality personnel.
  • Propose preventive measures, promote, and implement improvement programs.
  • Plan and assess project audit results and analyses of non-conformity.
  • Responsible for analyzing, defining, and improving operating procedures and company processes, with the necessary back-up to implement the Quality System.
  • Promote the implementation of the processes monitoring bidding system.
  • Supervise the definition and implementation of customer satisfaction tools and activities. Assist Proposing Managers during the bidding phase.
  • Assist Project Managers during the project execution phase.
  • Interfaces with Company representatives of Risk and Knowledge Management.
  • Liaises with the authorized Company Quality System certification body.
  • Prepares Management Review meetings of the Quality System.
  • Actively interact with all client departments and regulatory agencies, customers, consultants, and vendors as related to the IQMS and other quality initiative needs.
  • Maintain open and clear communication with other Managers regarding revisions, updates, changes, non-conformance, or any other process-related activities that may affect regulatory requirements.
  • Completion of customer document requests associated with the IQMS.
  • Facilitate ISO 9001 quality-related investigations.
  • Lead investigations of customer complaints regarding quality.
  • Schedule and lead audits for ISO 9001 QMS (internal, external, customer).
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • B.S. degree in Quality Management, Business Management, or a similar field.
  • 10+ years of experience in an ISO 9001-regulated Quality position with working knowledge of a real estate development in an ISO 9001 environment.
  • Experience in a Quality Management Role within Real estate development or a similar industry, or experience in Quality Management in a similar field. Relevant formal qualification would be preferred.
  • Must have demonstrated implementation of IQMS in other companies, preferably in Qatar or the Middle East region.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office Visio, and QMS systems.
  • Membership of a relevant professional body – (Chartered Quality Institute).
  • Must have training in internal and external auditing to ISO 9001.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
