Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To effectively plan maintenance resources in accordance with agreed maintenance plan as per manufacturing standards, procedure and company policies.
JOB KEY
- Plan, organize, directs, implements and control overall activities in the area of responsibility supported by planning engineers.
- Coach the new planners in the organization as per the new work management system and provide the necessary development need of the employee to meet company standards.
- Coordinate various section activities with operation, Maintenance counterpart to help resolve disputes and agree on planning activities. Sets priorities on daily planning activities in consultation with maintenance
- Administrate and monitor SAP master data including adding and deleting of equipment as per approved MOC / project.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in related field.
- Possess high skills including oral and written communication.
- Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance background.
