Job Description
- Prepare Electrical design meeting quality and schedule requirements.
- Participating in various stages of HVDC project lifecycles, such as feasibility studies, design, construction and commissioning.
- Performing technical tasks like designing HVDC substations, preparing technical specifications for equipment procurement,
- Providing technical expertise during bid proposals, client meetings, and design reviews
- Adhere to established design guidelines and procedures.
- Analyze design issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform design analysis and calculations according to project requirements.
- Determine construction cost and material estimates based on the designs.
- Review project plan and determine the design feasibilities and constraints.
- Use latest software and technologies to develop effective designs.
- Maintain accurate design files for reference purposes.
- Consider health, safety and environmental requirements when developing the designs.
- Manage design projects within allotted timelines and MHs.
- Stay abreast with the latest developments with relevant design fields.
- Ensure compliance with QMS requirements.
- Provide assistance to senior design team members.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
