Job Description
  • Plan and schedule on-site missions related to the services scope of MV & LV Switchgears.
  • Execute on-site activities (installation, Testing, commissioning, repair, maintenance, and EcoFit) of MV & LV Switchgears.
  • Supervise subcontractors’ activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Review and approve subcontractors’ work plans, method statements, and risk assessments to ensure alignment with project objectives and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of site activities.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions on site.
  • Comprehend customer requirements on site and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic in all interactions with team members and stakeholders.
  • Encourage a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in all aspects of the team’s work.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower the field service technicians team to ensure a high level of performance, productivity, and job satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to optimize the team’s performance and meet project objectives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 
  • Field service experience (2-5 years)
  • Familiarity with MV & LV switchgear, protection relays, and circuit breakers.
  • Ability to plan, and lead project site team and different stack holders. 
  • Flexibility to work in site or office and to adapt on changing work schedules.
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
  • Good communication ability, and decision-making.
