Job Description
Seeking an experienced project manager to oversee and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for major datacenters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling complex, high-impact initiatives in the tech industry.
Lead and coordinate multiple interconnected projects within mega datacenter environments- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
– Manage and negotiate SLAs with clients and stakeholders, ensuring all parties’ needs are met
– Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
– Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external vendors and partners
– Provide regular status updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders
– Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
– Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and best practices

Additional Information:
This role requires occasional travel to datacenter locations and client sites. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities and technologies in the datacenter industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
7-10 years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years managing large-scale datacenter projects
Strong understanding of datacenter operations, infrastructure, and related technologies
Proven experience in negotiating and managing complex SLAs
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, familiar with secure power products
PMP certification or equivalent preferred
Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2)
In-depth knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
