Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement testing procedures for substations
- Conduct system integration tests and address issues
- Lead commissioning process for substations
- Collaborate with project teams to optimize system performance
- Prepare detailed documentation (test plans, reports, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records of testing activities
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders
- Provide technical support and guidance
- Ensure testing and commissioning activities adhere to standards and safety protocols
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 2 to 7 years of experience in testing and commissioning
- Strong understanding of substation projects
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
