Job Purpose

Provides continued implementation and leadership for APM studies and Equipment Reliability Improvement process at Saudi Kayan. To cover all plants equipment as leader for all Reliability related activities. Lead and coordinate with SMEs and team members as per OMS-433 “Asset Performance Management”. Work as focal point for Reliability related Activities, to Insure the implementation & Effectiveness of methodology recommendations, .Help develop methodology yearly plan. Supporting PMT as reliability performance engineer to enhance reliability & integrity culture. Shall be responsible for driving the improvement of plant reliability and championing the continued move from reactive to proactive maintenance.

Key Accountabilities

  • Leading RCM studies process until implementation in SAP and reflected in Meridium.
  • Engage in charting out APM yearly plan with SME’s & team members.
  • Driving Reliability improvements by analyzing Reliability KPIs, engaging with assigned PMT during Weekly PMT meetings & presenting R&I Dashboard.
  • Responsible for Analyze & Improve for assigned PMT (Bad Actor & Mitigate Threats to Availability (MTA).
  • Generating and reviewing Bad Actor list through dedicating team/ meeting. Study and drive for resolution plan and update it in Bad Actor portal.
  • Ensuring mitigation plan availability and reflect it in MTA portal.
  • Ensure APM methodologies is conducted for all new projects where applicable.
  • Feeding OMS related KPI’s on monthly basis to issue the monthly dashboard.
  • Supporting task force teams by effective engagement within the monthly/ weekly meeting.
  • Leading the initiative and discussing each PM with related area technical expert to evaluate the PM in place.
  • Reflecting all changes in RCM and initiation of SHEM forms to implement in SAP and reflect the MI number in Meridium.
  • Leading reviews of PM for effective realization / optimization of “PM Efficiency Improvement Program”.
  • Conducting awareness sessions for SK Frontlines for all methodologies & reliability initiatives.
  • Implementing all ATC findings recorded through assessment reports related to RCM.
  • APM Spot Audits for implementation of APM Methodologies & Strategies.
  • Review and approve PM/PdM for assigned plant equipment.
  • Conduct reliability analysis for reliability improvements.

Requirements

BS Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 6 years’ experience in petrochemical plant or refinery, including 3years in technical support environment of rotating equipment’s using APM methodologies.
