Your main tasks and responsibilities
- Innovation Management: Proactively identifies and implements improvements to quality processes and practices.
- Effective Delegation: Skilled at managing projects by empowering team members to complete tasks effectively.
- Technical and Functional Proficiency: Demonstrates strong competency in core technical skills relevant to quality assurance and compliance.
- Accountability and Integrity: Ensures a high level of accountability, transparency, and adherence to quality and ethical standards.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Dedicated to understanding and meeting customer needs and expectations.
To succeed in this role, you will need
- 4-6 years’ experience.
- Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineer or related discipline.
- Languages: English – Arabic.
- Technical knowledge of pumping equipment or rotating equipment in general.
- Good knowledge of SAP system.
