Job Description
The breadth of sectors of activity covered by Roland Berger offers Consultants the opportunity to discover multiple sectors of activity, in Morocco and internationally, while beginning to specialize sectorally or functionally.
Being a Consultant at Roland Berger means being a key element of the organization, truly integrated into a project team for which he/she has total or partial responsibility, in conjunction with a Project Manager.
The Consultant missions are to:
- take charge of the creation of project sub-modules
- carry out strategic and/or operational diagnostics
- contribute to and prepare presentations and workshops
- lead workshops internally and externally
- conduct interviews independently
Qualifications
- Graduate of a leading business or engineering school, you have professional experience of 3 to 4 years in the consulting sector or 4 to 5 years in the industrial and /or the bank.
- This prior experience allowed you to acquire skills in business strategy and/or operational performance optimization, and to strengthen your leadership and business acumen.
- Fluency in English and French is essential, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
