Client Services Managers for Sustainability and Energy Management Services, you establish the foundation for our customers’ service and digital experience by focusing on account management, installed base (iBase) administration, and maintenance planning.
As a Client Services Manager, you will:
- Review service work orders and inspection reports for deficiencies; generate proposals to improve those deficiencies
- Fulfill service contract obligations for execution and manage financial performance of the service agreements
- Verify contract characteristics entered for assigned account.
- Support customer reporting requirements to fulfill contracted scope of services
- Support the Client Services Managers with generating reports for the Sustainability and Energy Management Services portfolio of customers
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with their assigned customer portfolio to retain and expand the contracted scope of services fulfillment
- Partner with the Energy Services Sales Teams Account Executive to support customer renewals and upsells
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or state-recognized GED required
- Knowledge and experience in SAP or other maintenance and planning tools preferred
- Ability to read and understand customer service contracts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software systems
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree
- Familiarity or experience with energy supply services, utility management, or energy services

- The pay range for this position is $52,200-$89,600. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
