Are you interested in promoting the sales and growth of aftermarket products and services?

We are looking for an Aftermarket Sales Engineer who will develop and maintain relationships with customers and identify opportunities in sales and service improvements to ensure customer satisfaction through effective technical support and solutions.

This position will be based in Riyadh, KSA and you will be reporting to the Head of Aftermarket Sales, Commercial Building Services.

Your main responsibilities

  • Grow the service business in KSA according to agreed targets.
  • Generate leads for Service Sales Offerings
  • Grow Energy optimization and retrofit business
  • Prepare and present technical presentations and proposals
  • Support sales process from initial contact to order fulfilment
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate records  in CRM for  sales activities, customer interactions and market information
  • Attend negotiation and convert orders
  • Follow up on renewal of contracts
  • Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with  Sales & Service delivery teams for service sales offerings
  • Arrange Energy checks and Energy audits
  • Arrange health check activities with key accounts
  • Any other responsibilities that may added in future.
  • Be responsible, customer centric, effective and ethical in every approach

Your required skills and experience include 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or any related field and with knowledge in sales.
  • 1-  5  years of relevant experience as Sales Engineer experience in the Pump or HVAC industry with specific experience in systems, or energy-related solutions.
  •  Ideally can exhibit knowledge of digitally connected devices, and understand the wider value behind an efficient, optimized pumping system.
  • Fluency in Arabic is advantageous for this role
  • Independent and aggressive with an eagerness to explore new business areas.
  • Innovative and active team player who is capable to come up with new and different viewpoints resulting in team improvement and growth.
