"I work as a Deputy Site Manager at a Wastewater Treatment Plant, where I oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient performance of the plant in accordance with environmental and health standards. I coordinate with various teams and monitor project progress to achieve quality and safety objectives. My responsibilities include supervising the operation and maintenance of key equipment such as pumps, biological reactors, and filtration systems, in addition to monitoring process performance and analyzing technical data to ensure compliance with treated water discharge standards.
I have expertise in applying DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) technology, an effective method for separating suspended solids, oils, and greases from wastewater, enhancing water quality before subsequent treatment stages. Additionally, I supervise RO (Reverse Osmosis) systems, used for water desalination and the removal of salts and fine impurities, ensuring the highest purity levels of treated water.
I also manage biological treatment processes, which rely on microorganisms to break down organic materials and reduce environmental pollutants, contributing to improved water quality and minimized environmental impact. Furthermore, I am involved in managing human and material resources, providing technical support to resolve complex operational issues, with a focus on enhancing energy efficiency and reducing operational costs.
I develop emergency plans to ensure business continuity under unexpected conditions, while also collaborating with regulatory authorities to ensure full compliance with environmental standards and local regulations."
